Wedding Videography Packages
Package 1 – $500
Wedding Ceremony Only
With video coverage of the wedding ceremony and photo session (if held at the same location), this package is perfect for couples who want a beautiful keepsake of their vows and the most meaningful moments of their ceremony.
Package 2 – $1,000
Ceremony & Partial Reception
Ceremony: We’ll film guests arriving, the full ceremony, and the post-ceremony photo session (if at the same location). The groom may wear a wireless microphone to ensure crystal-clear audio of the vows.
Reception: Coverage includes guests arriving, cocktail hour, introductions, cake cutting, speeches, and formal dances.
Package 3 – $1,400
Ceremony & Full Reception
Ceremony: This package includes complete coverage of guests arriving, the entire ceremony, and photo session (if held at the same location). The groom can wear a wireless microphone for high-quality audio.
Reception: Filming includes all major events, including guest arrivals, cocktail hour, introductions, cake cutting, speeches, formal dances, garter and bouquet toss, reception dancing, guest interviews, and a highlight recap video capturing the best moments of the day.
Package 4 – $1,600
Bridal Preparations, Ceremony, & Full Reception
This package offers a full day of professional filming, beginning approximately two hours before the ceremony to capture the bride and bridesmaids during their preparations.
Ceremony: Comprehensive coverage of guests arriving, the full ceremony, and post-ceremony photo sessions (if held at the same location) is included. The groom can wear a wireless microphone to ensure clear audio of the vows.
Reception: Coverage includes all major moments—guest arrivals, cocktail hour, introductions, cake cutting, speeches, formal dances, garter and bouquet toss, reception dancing, guest interviews, and a highlight recap video of the day’s best moments.
Additional Information
All packages include three-camera coverage of the ceremony and scrolling credits listing all members of the wedding party.
Customers may choose the final product on DVD (three copies included) or USB drive. Finished DVDs feature chaptered scene selections.
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due on the wedding day.
Additional Charges and Options:
- $150: Travel to off-site photo session for filming
- $125: 10-minute online highlight video
- $10: Additional DVD copies
- $1 per photo: “Growing Up” or honeymoon slideshow set to background music
- An 8.75% sales tax is applied to the final total
